SOUL CONSTRUCTION: THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT

The greatest construction project in history has been underway for thousands of years, and only God knows when it will be complete. It is God’s work of eternal redemption. He is making all things new… including you. The world, the devil and the sinful flesh all stand in opposition to God’s great undertaking. But God, who is infinitely wise and powerful, will complete the good work He has begun. He has given us His almighty Holy Spirit who is working in us to reproduce the character of Jesus Christ. As we walk in the Spirit, He produces the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. It is a life-long process that will never be complete this side of heaven, but we can rest in our hope in Jesus knowing that God cannot fail.
