Five Commands
- Prepare your mind for action (1 Peter 1:13a)

Holiness
- Two Aspects, Two Arenas
Two Aspects of Holiness
- Positional Holiness: The purity of Christ given to you by faith which has given you an eternal standing before God that is pure, unstained, unblemished and can never be undone
- Practical Holiness: The temporal outworking of your eternal position in Christ as you grow to resemble more and more the purity of the Lord Jesus Christ
Two Arenas of Holiness
- Character: The purity of Christ expressed in you
- Service: The purity of Christ expressed through you
