The Suffering Servant
- will be disregarded by many (53:1)
- grew up in the presence of the LORD (53:2)
- appeared ordinary (53:2)
- was despised and rejected (53:3)
- was a man of sorrows (53:3)
- carried our sorrows (53:4)
- was pierced for our transgressions (53:5)
- healed us by His wounds (53:5)
- bore the sins of us all (53:6)
- was silent before His oppressors (53:7)
- was unjustly condemned (53:8)
- died without descendants (53:8)
