A Disciple of Jesus Must
- Deny self

- Follow Jesus
Warnings and Promises
- The one who saves his life will lose his life.
- The one who loses his life for Jesus will save his life.
- You can gain the whole world but lose yourself.
- Those who reject Jesus will be rejected by Jesus.
- Disciples of Jesus will see Jesus in His kingdom splendor.
Applying the Text
- Have you accepted the offer you shouldn’t refuse?
- Are you relying on the Spirit’s power to deny, die and follow Jesus daily?
- Are you rejoicing in your eternal life in Jesus?
