Here’s the latest installment from Pastor Dan. – Rick

Hi, Rick. The Day 4&5 Itineraries were switched. So today
(Wednesday 03/11) was Northern Galilee and the Golan Heights. I saw a few “interesting”
sites including Jeroboam’s altar erected for worship of a golden calf, Caesarea
Philippi where Peter declared that Jesus is The Christ, Mt. Hermon-the most
likely site of the Transfiguration-and a spot in the Golan Heights which
provided a nice view of Israel’s friendly neighbors-Syria and Lebanon. The view
of Syria included a hill which until recently was occupied by ISIS “before
being driven out by Assad.”

Tomorrow (Thursday 03/12) will bring a tour around the Sea
of Galilee starting off a boat ride on the sea. However, unfortunately, the
baptism service had to be canceled because of bad weather.
