I know, I am a delinquent grandpa. But I am triumphant as well. Yesterday – Friday 4-3, Atticus returned home from the hospital. It is impossible for me to comprehend how a little boy, less than a year old, can have heart surgery and go home a week later. We are working on returning to the States around June-July and we will be able to hold him in our arms. A mere 50 years ago we would be mourning his passing and throwing dirt on his grave. God is so good. Thank you for your prayers. We expect that God has a special place in this life and in his kingdom for Atticus DiCicco.
