CHRISTMAS 2022: FOUR PERSPECTIVES

The Apostle John told us that the world could not contain all the books that could be written about the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the unique God/Man and is the center of human history. His victory over sin and death is the greatest achievement in history. The forgiveness of sins and the hope of eternal life through faith in Him is the greatest gift ever given. Let us celebrate as we give thanks for Him and consider once again the story of His first coming from the perspectives of four Biblical writers: John, Luke, Matthew and Paul.

The Word…

was in the beginning
was with God
was God
created all things
was life
was light
was witnessed by John
was not known by the world
was rejected by His own
gave the right to become children of God
became flesh and dwelt among us
is glorious, full of grace and truth
has given us grace upon grace
has made God known
